About the Position

The Incident Management Specialist at S:US ensures that all incidents are reported in compliance with regulatory requirements  in an accurate and timely manner. This role is vital in the protection of our organization as well as the people we serve. As the Incident Management Specialist, you will protect the health and safety of the individuals we serve by ensuring protective measures and incident management regulations for various regulatory agencies are in place to prevent the reoccurrence of any incidents. You will frequently communicate across departments with program staff and oversight when it comes to incident management reporting and processes, so you will need to be able to communicate effectively across departments at a fast pace.

Salary: $58,500 - $60,000 / year

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
    • Master's Degree preferred
    • High School Diploma with 7 years of experience is also accepted
  • Able to provide proof of vaccination against COVID-19 virus
  • 2 years at a healthcare or non-profit organization
  • Incident Management experience preferred
  • Flexible schedule and willing to be on-call as needed
  • Willing to travel across all boroughs
